What is the standard procedure you follow while handling a project ?
  • Sample Creation : To reduce your outsourcing risks, we go for a trial project during which we prepare a sample output. This helps you to evaluate our performance and enables us to properly understand the exact project requirements.
  • Project Management : You will have a single point of contact that will be in charge of communication and management from the beginning to completion. We follow project methodologies that focus on high quality and increased productivity.
  • Customer Relationship : After every project, we take feedback and ensure there are no deviations from desired results.

Do you have adequate infrastructure to support ongoing project processes ?

  • We have good bandwidth of 4 MBPS Raw, specialized software and hardware devices, and security mechanisms in place. Our office is located at very peace area in Ahmedabad. We have a set of 40 work-stations and can expand it to 100 at the same place anytime. Our associated company i.e. Khodiyar Infotech has around 150 workstations.
How qualified are your personnel ?
  • All our employees have either a bachelor’s or a master’s degree. They also have diplomas and specialized certifications from accredited colleges and institutions in technical fields.
How can we be assured of our data and information security ?
  • We sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with the client & bond with our staff
  • Our systems do not have external storage devices like floppy/CD drives/USB ports, etc.
